White shirt from random store on 7th ave, ERIN BARR skirt, STUART WEITZMAN heels, LILY WANG sunglasses thanks to SHOPLATELY
If you've kept up with my blog for however long I've had it, you probably noticed that I am back home in the golden state! The weather is incredibly beautiful and it's great to meet everyone I've missed, but nothing beats NYC (although they are experiencing some nasty humidity right now, yikes!).
Anyways, a week before I left for home I was invited to Urban Conscience's Haute For Education fundraiser event, a fashion auction where 100% of proceeds went to Change for Kids. I came into contact with this amazing organization through EM Reservoir designer Erin Murphy, whom I met and worked with through the Capsule trade show this spring. It was a great way to spend the weeknight, browsing the lovely merchandise up for bids (I won 4 things, including the stunning Erin Barr skirt above!) and eating mini cupcakes.
I later ended up running into some friends and we went around the gallery district for a while before the openings ended.
I went for a clean cut black & white look with this men's shirt I got for $5 at a cheesy store on 7th ave and paired it with a stunning pencil skirt with the coolest gunmetal hardware, finishing it off with the most perfect speckled sunglasses thanks to ShopLately!
Do you like the look with or without the moto vest?
